The drive through isn't freaky fast but I do love that they have a drive through so I don't have to get out of my car. :). Sandwiches are always great!

Waited a LONG time for my sandwich. The bathroom and dining area were lacking some necessities. Would probably find a different location to eat nearby.

Great for when you want a lot of bread on your sandwich.

What kind of restaurant doesn't even stay open through dinner time...?

We’ve had bad luck at this location. In the past we had gotten sick but gave it another try. Our last order was prepared incorrectly and the staff would not remake so we won’t be back.

Seriously super fast service! I was in and out in 45 seconds! Friendly staff too. When I opened the door there were 4 people ahead of me and I thought, "Oh this is going to take a while." They really know how to move a line!

Long time lover of jimmy johns. This location provided a poor sandwich. Bread appeared half the width and far smaller than a traditional sandwich. Also made very sloppy, most toppings weren't actually on the sandwich. I expect more from a jimmy johns.

Whatever female answering the phone is as rude and inconsiderate as it gets. Won't help and says we needed to order from another location 4 Mike's away. Called the longer place who said no and won't take our order. So called the original location back that's 2 blocks from the delivery location and the original girl answered and hung up on us.Called back AGAIN and the girl passed it on to the guy supervisor who had the worst customer service skills known to mankind. Wouldn't apologize. Wasn't helpful. And lectured my wife before he finally said now can I take your order or are we done. I guess that's what you get for minimum wage employees.

Fast and easy

It took over a hr1/2 to get are sandwiches and they didn't have all the ingredients on them as well they where a sandwich short of are orderCalled to get a refund and they told us there System doesn't allow them to do that won't every eat at this place or order from there agin

It’s freaky fast enough that the driver in a impala with blacked out windows and Illinois plates will cut you off with no blinkers involved

I live less than 5 minutes away and lately have to wait over 20 minutes for my delivery. I also was just hired here a week ago, the general manager waited a week and I just called today to have him tell me they don't need me there. why would you hire someone than do that?! obviously the manager can't do his job right.

So unhappy with my experience. Maybe jimmy johns should loose the “freaky fast delivery “ slogan. Took over 45 minutes to get my order and the shop is less than a mile from my work. Last time I’ll be ordering from here........

Very fast service. Food is high quality as well.

Order from these guys all ok the time. My favorite is their app. Just select what you want you can have it delivered or just show up, cut the line and grab your grub! People are always friendly and I have yet to visit an unclean place.

The last two deliveries have taken over an hour each time.

50 minutes for a sub. And it's not even here yet. If you dont want delivery food stop advertising you want too. Way to may orders take an hour.

They are fast and the sandwiches are good! On the app it won't let me select this location for delivery to my apartment right up the street, but it will on the website. They once forgot to bring part of my order, but reimbursed me once I contacted them.

Not quite freaky fast... only had two workers at the time. Sandwich was good. No napkins.

We both got sick at this location.

I don't know how many times we have been rejected from getting deliveries from this location. Our offices are only a few miles away! A co-worker called, the female whom answered the phone told her they deliver to us, but when she called back to place an order, they said no. I don't quite understand the hang up with their delivery range as I stated before they are literally only A FEW MILES FROM OUR LOCATION.

Waited over an hour for my delivery of just two sandwiches. After I called and asked what the heck was going on the lady said “It looks like you’re actually out of our area so I’ll just void your order.” Oh wow, thanks for letting me know one hour later.... rude.

This place is a joke i called to place my order and the guy that answered was rude and acted like he didn't even want to be there let alone take my order that should of been my first clue but i place my order after an hour i called to see what was going on and was rudely informed that they had the wrong number and didn't take down an apartment number..My advice go any where but here and if they act like they don't want your service hang up because they dont.

As advertised, fast and friendly service. Clean and comfortable space.Always a stop for us thru town.

The meat isn't great and neither is the service, but the bread is freaking amazing.

The wait time is absolutely ridiculous. I waited over an hour for one sandwich and a drink. I’ve experienced this long of a wait every time I have ordered from here. Just received my food and my cold sandwich is warm and soggy. All the ice is melted in my drink. Will not be ordering from here again.

Placed an online order at 12:30 Pm . The app said I placed it at 12:50PM. I placed my order while my coworker took her lunchat 12:30. My lunch was at 1:00. Well at 1:25 pm my sandwich was not delivered and my lunch was over. I called the manager at store 360, She was rude. She said her staff was busy, they had a lot of orders. I could cancel my order. I said if I do that What will I eat? She made excuse after excuse. Not once did she apologise. I might have understood if she wasnt Rude. Not a single apology. Store #360 should be ashamed of themselves. When my lunch arrived the young kid handed me the bag. No smile, No apology, . I will never eat At JJ Again. Bad Service, poor customer Service
